When a buyer wins an item, the buyer is obligated to complete the purchase by sending full payment to the seller.<\/p>\n

Oktion will deduct the outstanding amount from the buyer\u2019s nominated credit card and transfer the amount minus any relevant fees to the seller\u2019s nominated bank account. In the event the credit card is unable to be charged due to insufficient funds, Oktion will notify the buyer and attempt to charge the amount again in 48 hours.<\/p>\n

When an unpaid item case closes without payment from the buyer, the seller is eligible offer the item to the second highest bidder from the relevant auction.<\/p>\n

Excessive unpaid items on a buyer\u2019s account may result in a range of consequences, including limits on or loss of buying privileges. Even if you don\u2019t have excessive unpaid items, we may limit your buying until you\u2019ve established a good buying history or paid for the items you\u2019ve committed to.<\/p>\n

If you\u2019ve placed a winning bid, you\u2019ve committed to purchasing that item.
