Oktion provides event organisers with an online, automated raffle management tool. With our raffle feature, you can easily upload multiple prizes, sell raffle ticket bundles, and set a raffle draw date. At the draw date, Oktion will randomly select a winner for each prize from the ticket pool, making raffle management effortless.<\/p>\n

    How to add your raffle details<\/span><\/h4><\/div>

    To add your raffle details, click on \u2018Raffle\u2019 in the left side menu.<\/span><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Choose the Raffle Draw Type. We recommend choosing \u2018Automatic Draw\u2019 so that Oktion will automatically draw a winner for each of your prizes at the Raffle Draw Time<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Choose your Raffle Ticket Sequence. We recommend choosing \u2018Sequential\/Automatic\u2019 so that Oktion will automatically assign ID numbers to your raffle tickets.<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. Enter your raffle name<\/span><\/li>\n
    4. Enter your raffle description<\/span><\/li>\n
    5. Enter your raffle draw date. If you have chosen \u2018Automatic Draw\u2019 this is the date Oktion will automatically draw your winners<\/span><\/li>\n
    6. Enter raffle draw time<\/span><\/li>\n
    7. Enter the number of raffle tickets you want to sell<\/span><\/li>\n
    8. Click \u2018Save\u2019<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>

      Adding raffle prizes<\/span><\/h4><\/div>

      1. Click the \u2018Prizes\u2019 tab<\/span><\/li>\n
      2. Click \u2018+Add Raffle Prize\u2019<\/span><\/li>\n
      3. Upload images of your prize<\/span><\/li>\n
      4. Enter the prize name<\/span><\/li>\n
      5. Enter the prize description<\/span><\/li>\n
      6. Enter the prize value<\/span><\/li>\n
      7. Enter the name of the person\/organisation that provided the prize<\/span><\/li>\n
      8. Enter the quantity. If you have more than one of an identical prize, enter the quantity in the \u2018Number of Prizes\u2019 field<\/span><\/li>\n
      9. Click \u2018Save & Publish<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>

        Adding raffle ticket bundles<\/span><\/h4><\/div>

        1. Click the \u2018Ticket Bundles\u2019 tab<\/span><\/li>\n
        2. Click \u2018Add Raffle Ticket Bundle\u2019<\/span><\/li>\n
        3. Enter the ticket bundle name<\/span><\/li>\n
        4. Enter the ticket quantity<\/span><\/li>\n
        5. Enter the price for the bundle<\/span><\/li>\n
        6. Click \u2018Save & Publish\u2019<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>

          Publishing your raffle feature<\/span><\/h4><\/div>

          Once you\u2019ve entered the required details, added at least one prize and have added at least one ticket bundle, you can publish your raffle.<\/span><\/p>\n

          To publish:<\/p>\n

          1. Click on the \u2018Details\u2019 tab<\/li>\n
          2. Click \u2018Save & Publish\u2019<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            That’s it! Once your raffle feature is published, your contributors will be able to buy tickets and the coutdown to the raffle draw date begins.
