Get help every step of the way
When you organise an event with Oktion, we offer you help every step of the way. Organise an event and arrange optional in person event staff when you run an event easily via Oktion. We offer on site technicians and support staff, or phone based support – whatever works best for you.
Our normal support hours are Monday to Friday 11am to 7pm.
For support outside those hours, there may be an additional charge. Please contact us prior to your event starting to arrange additional support.
